O’Neil Smiles, the staff and Dr. O’Neil himself are caring and knowledgeable. Dr. O’Neal is an expert in his field and will take the time to explain and communicate the process. Whether it is a cleaning or a procedure, they were gentle and I didn’t experience pain. They also have the latest technology and techniques. I had a situation with a tooth that looked like it may not be saved. Dr. O’Neal saved my tooth and it also looks great now. I switched from another dentist to here and I drive over an hour away to go to O’Neal Smiles  because it’s worth it. Best decision I made.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Brandon O’Neil and his staff. Wendy in reception is lovely, highly knowledgeable, and interfaces with your insurance company so you are fully aware of the costs you will be responsible for before your appointment.  Brittany was my dental hygienist and restored my pearly whites back to their original pearly white condition, and Dr. O’Neil is the kindest, most competent dentist I have ever visited. 10/10, highly recommend.

I was spoiled in a small TX town to have my moms childhood desntist's son serve at my dentist until we moved at 15. I had 3 traumatizing visits to a doc shops and then searched high and low to find Dr O'Neal. He is the home town level! I cannot tell enough people!I need a promo code!!Dr O'Neal is by far the best!  He has consistent staff you're going to see the same people each time!They are a family that makes you feel like part of the group! This review is long overdue. If I could give 10 stars, I would! There's so many great things I can say but to summarize: this place is AMAZING! Dr. O’Neal is hands down the BEST dentist I've ever came across and his staff are like a big happy family! Dr. O’Neal has been extremely patient, extremely informative and knowledgeable about the dentistry profession, taking time to give me several treatment options and helping me choose the right treatment plan for my age, lifestyle and budget. What has really kept me coming back to Dr. O’Neal, is his passion over his work. He is a true perfectionist and goes above and beyond to ensure his patients are happy and confident with their smile, all while ensuring that your dental health is at the forefront. Trust me, I've been to a lot of dentists who graduated from great schools. I do my research :) My patient experience far exceeded my expectations! His office staff and assistants are extremely kind, warm, welcoming and knowledgeable as well. The office is always clean and inviting. My appointments are generally always on time and I never have any issues. Dr. O'Neal goes the extra mile!  When my son had a dental sports injury, Dr. O'Neal not only answered my questions that weekend but made a spot available when his office opened on Monday morning.
